Big Fish installed a new inside and outside unit this summer. They finished in one day, very organized, and professional. Costumer service is top notch. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Big Fish is the best AC company around! They are professional, reliable, and have great customer service! Their system they use for scheduling is amazing! It doesn’t have me hanging around the whole day wondering when they are going to come! I would not use anybody else and I will recommend to everyone! The best thing about them is, they are faith based, and it reflects in their service!

I chose Big Fish to install a mini split and I am so glad I did! The installers were very knowledgeable and made the mini split look aesthetically pleasing! I am very pleased with the wonderful job they did! Every employee I spoke to was very nice including the lady that scheduled my appointment and made sure to keep me informed throughout the process! I can’t say enough good things about them! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know!

These guys are amazing!! Our air filter was a little wonky the way it was installed (not by them) they came and re-did the filter and the ac sounds so quiet now :) Great service and very professional. I would/will use them again!!

Let's face it when it's 100 degrees outside and your ac goes out we are not usually in the best mood, so it's nice to have someone help you who is polite and willing to go the extra mile. Really enjoyed Drake and Daniel today. Smiles and good humor during a difficult installation. They were great, moved and replaced stuff that was in the way. Will certainly call Big Fish again.

I cannot say enough good things about Big Fish. My AC stopped cooling last night, and I started reaching out to them through email/text at 4:30am. Had a reply at 5am that they would be here before 8am. The serviceman arrived at 7:45am, diagnosed the issues, had them fixed and was driving away at 8:20am. All I can say is WOW! This company is amazing! Good bless you guys.

Big Fish AC & Heating came very highly recommended to me. I called around 8 pm and they were very responsive. Didn’t take long to get to me and got right to work. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it right away. I recommend them to anyone needing AC and Heating service or repair.
