Very polite, showed up exactly when they were scheduled. Diagnosed the trouble and repaired it quickly. The only negative concern is they replaced the broken programmable thermostat with a manual. I didn't know this until after it was installed. When I asked if it was programmable, he said no. The only one he had on the truck was scratched and this manual was the only other one they had that would work with my system. .

This is the second time I have used Big Fish. They are efficient, and very honest. I would so recommend them to anyone with AC or heating issues. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Brandon for providing a great service. God Bless.
