I called to schedule a check on an a/c unit that was working but struggling. They got me on the schedule quickly, and are very good about communicating with you. Received a text when Drake was on his way, and he was right on time. Check was thorough and Drake explained to me what we was finding as he did his work. The checkup revealed what I thought, I needed a new unit. But I trust Big Fish do the replacement. Quality work with reasonable cost, coupled with friendly and timely customer service makes the choice easy for me.

Our A/C bit the dust. We knew it was coming when we bought the house we just didn’t know when. Big Fish had us in rotation for a house call by 7:30 the next morning. Drake was on time, very professional and gave me solid solutions to our issue. He explained everything into detail and let us know what to expect. I love the transparency with this company. Tammy in dispatch is very responsive and attentive. We will be using them to install our new unit/furnace. Can’t recommend this company enough! Stay blessed.

Had Drake out to start an estimate and give advice on new install and update to old unit. No guess work he drew out and measured every room window closet for proper size duct work and plenum. Then advised/optioned mini-splits (being that it would be cheaper and more efficient) for the two upstairs rooms…walked me through it to make me feel more comfortable with it. I worked with Brandon the owner and I’m glad I made the choice to support a friend’s business there won’t be a need for a 2nd opinion or estimate.

Tammy was very pleasant on the phone even laughed at my dad joke. Drake showed up on time. He was very pleasant and professional. Walked with me through what he was doing and why. Will definitely recommend and use the service again.

I had a new install today and the guys worked very quickly and precisely. Both were super friendly and explained a lot about my new system. It feels very comfortable in my house now.
