Very upfront with cost and options. Very friendly and polite. Will use them again.

We have used JDs for the last 13 years and have always been pleased with their work. Our current problem is taking a bit longer but I know they will get it fixed.

Did a good job and let me know what to expect with my unit. Did not overcharge like ETR and the tech was professional and nice.

Called JD Air and repairman came in less than two hours. Gave me a cost estimate and was complete of job in an hour!! Very satisfied!!!
