Capacitor that JD's A/C installed went out under warranty. I removed the capacitor and asked for a replacement. They said they would only replace it if I paid them to come out and do the work. That just seems like a scam to me. I can get the replacement part on Amazon for $15, but their service calll is $100.

I was completely happy with the work that was performed by our technician. It was great that he took the time to make sure that all the a/c system was working properly. Explaining the work performed and condition of our system performance. I would like to mention how happy I was to get a text from the office informing me who was on the way and a photo of what this person would look like. This procedure made me more comfortable with opening the door to someone I might not otherwise recognize. Great job done by all.
