Andrew was very responsive to my inquiries and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
I have put ERAs number in my service call list. I highly recommend them..

They come out twice a year to maintain my heating/AC. And when I have problems they are there in record time. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they will fix if possible, instead of just trying to sell you a new unit. They are honest and trustworthy. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Seemed somewhat more expensive than what we're used to in a small town...but the city services are always more expensive. We just have to get used to living in the city!

Eric and his team are always on time and professional. We have a VERY unique house and he and his team can think outside the box and they have been creative on how to best serve our house needs. Just this morning we had a question about moving a duct and they were prompt to reply and came over right away. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed with which they came. The price for his work has always been fair and competitive. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone we meet.

When I called ERA they returned my call and made an appointment for the next day. They were here and did the work in a timely and professional manner. We were very happy with the results and with the tips on keeping our A/C running well.

I had 2 unrelated problems recently. Both times, a technician was at my house within hours of my call and fixed the problem quickly.

As a former rental property manager, I have done business with ERA for the last 15 years. They have always fixed the problem right, the first time and have never done unnecessary work to pad the bill.

I've been using E.R.A. for several years now, probably longer than I've been posting reviews, so I never realized I hadn't given Eric the credit he deserves.
They've put in at least five units for me at a couple of different locations. Always quality work, and good at the unfortunately needed warranty repairs.
My main complaint is that they often show up before the scheduled time, so I guess that's a real first-world type of problem I can learn to live with as I sit in my cool house.
