so you know when you get something fixed and then things just don't go right? Well my AC unit had that kind of issue. Im very grateful that I took the recommendation and used Aire Serv! I had three guys working on the unit - took a few trips out to get it fixed - Brandon, Caleb and Donovan were awesome. Even the owner came out! The problem is fixed and the system is working amazingly! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Gary Mertz and team have been taking care of me for years! When my AC unit stopped working this time, they arrived at my house within 2 hours of my call. They got me running again quickly, never try to upsell, are practical about what can be repaired and realistic about when we need to replacing components or systems.

Aire Serve Flower Mound installed 2 new AC units. Our AC’s were 15+ years old and needed to be replaced since they were at the point that it would be too costly to repair. Our service technician, Caleb, did an awesome job informing us of our options and answering all of our questions. Great communication with office staff throughout the whole process. On the day of install Caleb and Gary Mertz (owner) arrived on time and the install went smoothly. They also managed to service our other 2 AC’’s while they were there. Charles came out on the weekend to do a tuneup on our heater for this upcoming winter season. He was very knowledgeable and gave us feedback on fixes our unit will need. Overall great customer service, quick, and affordable. We will be using them again.
