I had used the same ac company since 1993 and when I called them to come look at my broken ac unit I found out they no longer service Lewisville. My former ac company in pilot point referred me to aireServ. Honestly I was very concerned that a new company would see a female with a broken 14 year old ac unit and try to take advantage of me. That was not the case at all. Caleb came out fixed the broken part, showed me where it had burned out. Got my house cooling again for a lot less than I expected. I’m extremely happy with the services I received today and will be using them for all my future ac and heating needs

Editing my review because the owner called me personally and asked how they could be improved. That personal touch was what made my experience stand out about others. Every one here is great and knowing the information I know now and having the talk with the owner put my mind at ease. Thanks to my techs for getting my AC up and running and thanks to the owner for hearing me out and taking my feedback to heart. America needs more business like these gentlemen. Stay cool Texas.

Our AC crisis was just solved! Our technician (Donovan) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed his job. He took extra time to educate me about everything he was checking and made sure I had a clear understanding of the diagnosis and fix. Donovan and the whole crew at Aire Serv Flower Mound are a pleasure to work with. Thank you SO much!!!!

Donovan is the man! After days of hardly any power like so many other Texans affected by the storm, our heat pump system was not allowing us to warm our house back above 48.

Donovan quickly identified that the emergency heat wiring was not correctly installed, and had it fixed up in under an hour. He was also super friendly, great service all around.

We slept in a perfectly warm house that night.

They were also here quick - called when they opened and they were at my house by 2PM. The dispatcher was great too.

G and Jeff were prompt and thorough and performed the service as we had requested.

I called Aire Serv to assist with an air condition problem. It was not coming on at all. I have a home warranty, but the company they dispatched my issue to, did not call quick enough to schedule an appt. It was hot! I had a 2 week old baby and an asthmatic son. I needed it fixed soon! I called Aire Serv and they were at my home in 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem, and our air was back working within 30 minutes. Great customer service!!!! I will definitely keep this company in my phone for emergency situations! Thanks Aire Serv!

I just had Aire Serv of Flower Mound replace both my systems. I really felt like their price was fair and their team was very friendly and did a great job. While replacing full systems is never easy on the pocket I am very excited to have a cool house this summer. I'd highly recommend Gary and his team to anyone!! They also fixed airflow in my house and I can already feel a difference 2 days in.

I discovered an issue with my AC spewing water, and after calling several local AC companies and not reaching a person or getting a call back, I tried Aire Serv. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and told me that a technician would call me back shortly.

In what seemed like 20 minutes, I received a call and a technician was sent out. I think it was about an hour from my initial call to getting someone in my house which is an absolutely insane response time.

The technicians found and quickly fixed the issue. Both were extremely friendly and helpful, and the pricing was also very reasonable too. I will 100% give these guys a call again the next time I need something HVAC related done.
