Aire Serv of Flower Mound

This company is the most customer service oriented I have ever had business with. Starting with answering the phone to making arrangements for the paying for a larger bill than I could handle at one time. I am 84 and they also called twice to ask if I needed any help in securing my groceries, etc. This is what makes for a great business. My appreciation to them for these concessions!

The technician that service’s my home did a thorough job. He took the time to explain findings and was honest about recommendations. Follow up email was very detailed as well. Technician was extremely professional and friendly.

Cannot say enough about this company! Technicians arrived on time and both were very knowledgeable. They showed me exactly what needed to be done and what did not. They took before and after pictures which was very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC work!

We purchased our first home back in 2016 and unfortunately had to replace the whole HVAC system. At the time we didn't know of Air Serv of Flower Mound, so we went with a different company called Ultra Air. From the moment Ultra Air installed the new unit back in February 2016 we've had numerous issues with our unit. Honestly, dealing with that company was such a nightmare and after having unending issues with the unit we decided enough was enough. We couldn't afford dealing with another unprofessional company anymore, so we did research on all the HVAC companies that service our area, and after reading the reviews we decided to go with Aire Serv of Flower Mound. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with the choice we made. Aire Serv of Flower Mound have been extremely professional, honest, and they truly care about their customers. We've had the pleasure of working with Caleb, Brandon, and Larry. They all have been nothing but great. From now on, we will ONLY be using Aire Serv of Flower Mound.

The team at Aire Serv is top-notch. Making an appointment was easy, the technician was punctual and did a great job, provided good communication throughout and the prices were reasonable. AireServ is my go-to company for A/C and Heating.

Aire Serv takes care of my office at prototype:IT and my home in Flower Mound. He keeps us warm during the winter and cool in the summer. We have over 50+ people to keep happy and we selected Air Serv a while back and just signed up for his annual maintenance plan.

My wife and I have used Aire Serv on two separate occasions now when we needed HVAC work on our old house. The first time we had one of our HVAC systems replaced we had at least 4 other companies take a look and it became clear immediately that Aire Serv was the one to go with. Gary is from the area and just seemed to care a lot more about making us feel comfortable about everything, not because we were potential customers, but because we're part of the same community. His team took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all our myriad questions, and did a fantastic job of explaining all our options to us. Without a doubt this is the company we'll go with the next time we need HVAC work done.

I contact them at 9:00 pm that I stayed out of heating during income of winter storm. They were at my house in 10:30 determining part which has to be replaced. They picked up part from store as soon store open in morning, come back to us and quickly repair furnace. Really professional company with many certificates and ready to answer all my questions.
