Aire Serv of Flower Mound

We have had a great experience every time we have used Aireserv. Gurjit was our most recent technician and he was friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this company.

On Saturday I called got answering service which was extremely helpful took and confirmed info, within 5 minutes Aire Serv called with 4:30 appointment. About 2pm service tech Nadim called to ask could they come early. He got here replaced one part to get me cooling and will come finish when 2nd part available. Very pleased with all people and work so far.

I’ve used a few of the HVAC companies in the DFW area in the past but after my experience with Air Serv today, I’ll only be calling them in the future. Brandon and Nedim came out today to clean the air ducts and they were worked quickly and efficiently, but more importantly, they were very polite and professional. They walked me through the whole process and gave me updates throughout. Very happy with the result and the service!

They were able to come out same day that i called.. Caleb did a fantastic job fixing our unit. The motherboard had shorted out and fried the panel. He had it fixed in no time. Next day the thermostat wasn't reading correctly and he was able to come out and fix it. Base if the thermostat had likely been fried too. Very professional, fast service! Will definitely be using again in the future.

G did a great job on the spring maintenance of our 2 units. On time, friendly, and let me know exactly what he was doing, and what the results were. We won’t let anyone else touch our HVAC system.

I have used Aire Serv for years. They are the most professional, honest and reliable people that I have used in my 20 + yrs of owning homes. They have installed 2 new units on my house and kept my 3rd running as well as the new ones. They were able to identify several cooling issues I inherited after moving in in a few different rooms. They fixed it quickly offering several options to meet our budget. Highly recommended.

Derrick came out to check my A/C. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable about my system. I appreciated his dedication to making sure we covered my issues in a timely and efficient manner.

They got us in the same day, and Caleb went above and beyond to ensure we had a working AC unit by the time he left. I got home late to find my air conditioner running but not cooling. I called several repair companies before I found this company. This was the first one to answer with a real person who worked on mobile home air conditioning. He came within 30 minutes and found the issue quickly and fixed it quickly too. Very friendly and honest. Reasonable price and good advice for maintaining my system. I am going to stick with this company. Thanks so much for your service.
