Jose did a great job diagnosing and performing HVAC maintenance. He was prompt and professional.

Prodigy came promptly, diagnosed the problem (unfortunately needed a new system), gave me bids on alternate systems and got the system installed very promptly. And even though there were complications with the wiring they did not increase the cost over the bid & stayed late to get it done.

From the time Johnny came out to give us a quote till the time I handed him a check he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the level of service. He and his crew offered and I recommend him to anybody out there who is looking for a good HVAC company!

Jose was very professional and installed my two nest thermostats perfectly. I would recommend him.

It was a quick capacitor replace and was charged $400 which I think was quite steep. The part cost less than $25 and it only took 15 minutes. I thought it would be closer to $200

John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Quickly figured out the issue and was able to resolve it. Also gave helpful pointers for continued maintenance and upkeep since we are new homeowners. Very courteous and fairly priced.

Jose worked with our home warranty company and my sheetrock guy to allow us to knock out my project in one day. He kept in solid communication with me and made sure the job was done right!

Jose was here when he said he would be, took care to find the problem and get it to Landmark. Very pleased. The techs showed up to install air handler when promised and cleaned up after they were finished. Very professional and now I have air conditioning again!!

I was having an issue with my outside condenser unit. Jose, with Prodigy Heating & Air came out, the same day as my call, to evaluate the issue.

He was on time, professional, and friendly. He took the time explain the inner workings of the HVAC unit to me, as I was not entirely familiar. He diagnosed the problem, informed me of what needed to be replaced, and explained the repair to me. This was a Saturday, and it would be Monday before he would be able to get the part from the warehouse. So, he explained how to use the AUX Heat setting on the thermostat to get through the weekend. It was a quality repair, at a fair price.

I appreciate the opportunity to work with Prodigy Heating & Air, and wing able to support a local business. I was not disappointed, will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance and repair.
