Prodigy Heating & Air

I called them towards the end of the day yesterday and they were out today to check out everything. We are now scheduled for regular maintenance and the entire process was hassle-free.

In 2017 my AC unit went out just short of 1 year after divorce….I was in complete panic. I contacted Johnny he sent someone out promptly and found it needed to be replaced. They got me financing that was great and replaced my unit in 1 day. Since then they have handled my maintenance at a fair price and I feel completely secure in my AC capabilities. In this hot summer it’s a must. Today with my maintenance visit, Jose found a common part was getting weak and replaced it while he was here. The price was fair in my opinion as I am a single female. This company puts my mind at ease and I am so thankful to have them in my life.

This was my second service request with Prodigy Heating & Air. Both requests were handled A+ from my phone call to the technician walking to his truck to leave. This is obviously how they do business. My new goto A/C contractor!

John was great! He informed without over-explaining, and got the job done quickly and completely. After 3 nights and days of having no A/C in triple digits, I was so miserable. My house is now cool and lovely.

Our HVAC system stopped working and I made a frantic (I have dramatic huskies) call to John to see if he could fit us in his schedule that same evening. He accommodated us and made it to the house within the window of time he gave us. John is an absolute professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He was very communicative and explains every step of what he does. His service fees are reasonable and I would def recommend Prodigy heating & Air for any HVAC needs. We will be using their services again.

Jose has been providing HVAC maintenance and repair services on multiple properties of mine for the last 2 years. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always gets the job done. Of the 5-6 technicians I've seen in Austin area, he is definitely the best. John, the owner, is also very responsive. I highly recommend them.

John is hands down my go-to when there's Heating and AC issues. When my aging unit failed, he had me on scheduled for a replacement the next day. During the summer months, when a different unit has issues, the company does their best to get to you promptly. They have earned my loyalty

After 3 trips to the house they decided that I needed a thermostat replacement. John spent quite a bit of time here making sure it was cycling properly. Nice to have heat back in my house again!!!
