Would never call another company, Prodigy is Fast, Efficient, with task-oriented professional service technicians. Watching them install an AC Carrier. Allowed me to see the pride they take in their work and in making sure the install was done right. Great attention to detail, precise. Lastly, definitely check out their maintenance plans! Two seasonal residential visits. However— Issues are addressed with 24 hour emergency service🤠

Prodigy is amazing in service, personnel, and cost. I could go on for hours about the great work they did in less time than quoted, but I'll just say this is the best service we have ever had from anyone. John and partner were amazing on getting my a/c jump started for the upcoming Texas heat. He was very professional and explained every step to me. Our a/c is old but he was still able to give us some relief until we purchase the new system.

When my HVAC system finally died during the sub freezing days of winter, I called my go to company Prodigy Heating and Air to diagnose the problem and to discuss whether it was a good time to replace the rusty old system. I decided to bite the bullet and replace the system and John provided a good discount for replacing both upper and lower systems at the same time. The installers, led by Jose, were polite and professional. The two systems were installed and up running in just over 2 days including some additional ductwork. HVAC removal, install and cleanup were to perfection! I highly recommend Prodigy Heating and Air for quality HVAC installation, maintenance and service!

Sincerely amazing! My AC went out this morning and we have young kiddos, I called and got the best customer service ever! Patient and upfront. They managed to get me in same day and I got a 30min heads up text from my technician John. Showed up and was nothing but amazing, explained everything did his inspection and told us exactly what was going on (our compressor died) and he was able to fix it right away and with a very reasonable price! They have earned a lifelong customer with us!
