TJ from Elite Heating and Air is amazing. I was instructed by my property manager to contact him because my AC was leaking. It was very late,TJ answered the phone very professionally and told me he would be here first thing in the morning. I sent him my address and TJ was at my house first thing in the morning. He was very professionally, he found the issue and solved the problem very quickly. He told me what the problem was before he left.
TJ is great I would use him again and recommend he to my friends and family. Thank you TJ for a job well done!

Needed my ac and heater fixed and had another ac company recommend elite heating and air. TJ came out and looked at my ac and heater and gave me a price to fix or replace! The cost to replace the old unit was very reasonable and TJ had the job done within a few days! I would highly recommend elite heating & air to anybody who wants quick affordable quality service!

TJ is the man when it comes to furnaces! I called him Friday morning and he was able to come fix my furnace the same day! It wasn't an emergency, but my furnace had been short cycling, not heating well, and by the time I called the fan wasn't turning off. He had it diagnosed, had the parts on hand, and fixed in less than 30 minutes! He also showed me exactly what was going on, and what he was fixing. He has reasonable rates too! I don't often leave a 5 star review, but I was impressed!

Amazing company. I have used them twice and not only did they come out the same day I called but also had the problems solved that same day. I called them today at 615 PM and they were here by 815 PM and by 845 we had cold air. Extremely nice and professional. Will deffinatly be the only company I use.

Most efficient, reasonable, straight forward, and professional business owner I've ever worked with. Elite has extremely great prices and Tj is quick to fix the issue that arises and give an overall clean up of the units to make them work their best. Will definitely use in the future for any mechanical problems that occur.

I found this company on google and read all the reviews and I must say that they are the best! My AC unit went out 2 Sundays ago due to the storm that we had here in Killeen. My insurance company sent out an engineer to assess and he said it was from wear and tear. Mr. TJ, the technician from this company came out and found the problem and it wasn’t wear and tear. It was caused by lightning from the storm. His expert option saved us hundreds of dollars. He is very polite, prompt and very knowledgeable with competitive pricing. I would use him again and definitely recommend him to anyone with AC or Heating issues.

Awesome workmanship, fast and friendly. Great customer service, TJ and his wife are a great tandem. They break down what they're doing and what was done in terms that are simple and easy to understand.

My AC unit went out about two weeks ago now, I went through my home warranty company, because I am a first time home buyer and I wasn't sure what to do. When the other company came out they said a few things were wrong with the HVAC and then told me I was going to have to pay out of pocket a lot more than I was thinking and the numbers didn't match up.

I called Elite Heating and Air Conditioning and spoke with TJ who is the owner to come out and give me a second opinion and quote. He showed me the leak, broke down the price for the repairs and gave me a quote for a new HVAC system inside and out. Being that it is going to be in the hundred over the next 7 days. TJ will be my ONLY AC guy I use. I recommend him to anyone. So thankful for TJ.
