Junior's Elite Heating and Air Conditioning

I own a plumbing company and always refer these guys out knowing the jobs gonna get done right so the second my house needed some work I was on the phone with my boys at elite Hvac. They added a complete new ac system in my attic and have finally given us balance in air conditioning we’ve been hunting for since we moved in 2 years ago. The funny thing is our last system was brand new just not done correctly and severely undersized, elite separated the zones and used the existing system to just handle the basement air conditioning yet still heating the rest of the house. If only they did the work from the start I wouldn’t have been waking up with sweats for 2 summers. Couldn’t recommend the boys enough.

The owner personally installed a Reme Halo air filter to clean the air in my a/c and heating system. He arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. His price was less than others in the area. I was very satisfied and happily recommend this business.

Had the tech over to look at a job and give me a quote. He gave me the price and an approximate date for when he could come back to do the work. I gave him $200 cash (I know) as a down payment on the work. He couldn't complete the work in the time we originally specified and then became extremely difficult when planning a new date. I told him to scrap the job and send me my money back. He then told me it was $130 for the service call (double the going rate), and that he would send me a check for the remainder. 1 month later and he still didn't send the check. DEADBEAT. Must have really needed that $70.

The men were very professional, listened to our needs, and did a wonderful job! We will definitely be using them again as needed.

When they first opened they were great.
The last job was a nightmare and still is.
Customer having problems with system and installer will not answer or come and fix problem. I’ve bin at the home several times to repair stuff at no charge. Now I’m paying another company to come fix problems.
Elite was always payed in full.
