TJ was excellent!!! I called about my heat being out and he showed up less than 30 minutes later. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes. He was quick, efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier especially in this cold weather, we needed the heat to work. I would recommend TJ a thousand times over. If I have any problems in the future I will be calling and asking for TJ specifically.

TJ and Elite Heating and Air Conditioning have worked on our unit a few times now and always provide friendly customer service, quick response, quality work, and fair pricing. Highly recommend and will be using them again soon when we get ready to replace our unit.

Our A/C stopped working late afternoon. He arrived shortly after I called and it was up and running in about 10 min after replacing a part. Highly recommend!

Fantastic and straightforward service! Called late morning, had a consultation with different options and prices that afternoon. My appointment for installation for a new unit was early that same week. They came, installed the unit, gave us all the information we needed and answered any questions. They left absolutely no mess behind and even placed our new unit on a higher platform to avoid the previous issues we had with our last unit. My AC was not blowing cold . I called them and stated they would be out asap . They showed up on time and fixed the issue. Very professional and got the problem fixed in no time. Would highly recommend them for future HVAC issues .
