From the moment I contacted CWS for an estimate, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. They sent a rep out almost immediately. I would say within 45 minutes. Juan came out to relocate switches in our home for safety reasons.

He did a phenomenal job and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding his job. At no time did I feel overcharged or as if he prolonged the process to get more money out of me like some companies do. He even gave me a free pen lol!!! Juan is truly a 5 star employee!! Thank you Juan and CWS for coming out and making our lives a little bit easier and safer, one switch at a time.

Just wanted to jot down how grateful I was for CWS Services coming out and fixing my a/c at the end of July. I had gone through 3 different a/c repair companies before FINALLY finding CWS. Nathan from CWS came out, found the problem, and repaired it, no problem. I kept waiting for it to stop working again (this was my experience from the 3 prior a/c repair companies), but it is STILL working, cooling my house, reaching the target temperature and it has been almost 2 months. To top it off, I paid them less for after hour service then the other 3 during regular hours.
Nathan was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend CWS to anyone with a/c problems.

We called CSW on a sunday night after our a.c had stopped working. Kenny came as soon as he was able to take a look at our a.c. We had found out that our motor was broken and needed to replace it. He was able to come the next day to repair it. The price was very reasonable and he was very polite. Work was done and excellent customer service. We will be recommending this company to our friends and family in the area. Thank you again.

I hardly ever do these reviews but I'm hopeful it will help someone out who's trying to decide on whom to hire for your AC needs. The problem was my AC wasn't cooling properly. I had someone come out 6 months prior whom I won't bash since that's not what this review is for but they just put freon in there but there was obviously a leak. My techs were Nathan and Zach.. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable! They told me what It would take to do the job and not only did they do it.. They walked me through everything and even taught me some stuff along the way.. They were patient with my questions ( I asked so many) and their bedside manner was very excellent. Would I hire these guys again? You bet! It's not just about money with these guys.. they love what they do and they do what they love:) Hope this helps someone!

Johnathan provided excellent customer service from the time we called after hours, to completion of the work we needed done on our AC. Johnathan diagnosed the problem quickly, and went out of his way to provide outstanding service. He was very professional. I will definitely call on him again in the future.

I researched and found CWS to service my ac unit, I was NOT disappointed! Appointment scheduled right away, spoke to a representative at the company, very nice, professional and friendly. The service technicians, Jonathan and Kenny, were very knowledgeable, professional, they showed me everything as to what was being done and why, they did not mind my questions. This is a hometown business and I recommend them to anyone!

The best customer service I have received in a while in the Killeen Fort Hood area. Mr., Juan was timely in making the appointment. He explained what was wrong prior to fixing the issue and was very professional. I would definitely use this business again for electrical needs.

The service manager Willie was gracious and gave us advice on how to fix our hvac system in our home free of charge. When the tech showed up he discovered the problem within minutes and made the repairs quickly. Greave service for a great price.

I had Juan and Chris from CWS come and do some work for us. They were very efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. So happy i went with this company. I will be calling them with all my future electrical needs.

My furnace was blowing cold air. I called CWS, they sent two technicians out within an hour. The techs quickly diagnosed and repaired my unit and I was very happy with the low price and great service. Recommended. A+
