I called CWS because my normal electric company doesn't service this area anymore. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly nice and got me on the schedule. The guys, Scotty and Christian, showed up right on time and they even had tools and parts in their hands based on what I had told the woman on the phone. They got in, were super friendly and helpful and got me all fixed up. I will definitely be calling them back next time I need some help.

John at CWS was extremely responsive and professional. Our AC went out on Friday evening, I called CWS and John called me back that night. He came out the next morning, fixed the problem and checked out and cleaned the system. We have recommended CWS to friends and family based on this experience.

My HVAC failed to run this morning and of course it's a Saturday, had a fault on the thermostat "NO POWER" called CWS and Brian came as soon as he could. He found the problem within minutes and fixed it. Amazing job thanks Brian.

When my A/C blower motor went out over Labor Day weekend, Tim at CWS was instrumental in helping me get a new motor installed; he even helped me with the warranty process! CWS service representatives were friendly and punctual and got the motor swapped out in less than an hour. Service was the highest quality at a fair and reasonable price. My hat is off to these guys, will definitely use them again, and have no problem recommending them to others!

After been ignored and given false promises for 6 weeks by the electrician who wired our new home three years ago, I was fortunate to have called your office. My call was answered very courteously and within 30 min the technician called and stopped by the same day. The problem (bad CB and loose fan connection) was solved that afternoon. Now I have power in the master bedroom after 6 long dark weeks. Juan and Scott are my February heroes!

Juan and Chris did an absolutely outstanding job on the electrical upgrade of my 60-year old house. First, Juan installed a new breaker box system bringing my home up to code. Then they upgraded my entire home with new wiring. They crawled under the crawl space and climbed in the attic space working tirelessly, often missing lunch, and came up with helpful ideas, installing lights in the pantry and hallway closet. It took 2+ weeks total and cost about 5K but my home is safer and more energy efficient. I can't praise these wonderful workers enough and CWS Services!!! Val Valdez, Killeen

Juan and Chris of CWS came to help us out and sort through a miriad of issues left to us by a previous electrician. They advised me of when they would be arriving and showed up right on time. They were very friendly and upfront about the issues they had found and what was involved in solving them. Very reasonably priced and extremely professional. I would recommend anyone give them a call for your electric needs.

We had an emergency and Juan came out late , told us exactly what to do .He was back next day to do the repairs , he stayed late and was back with his coworker Chris early in the morning to make sure the job would get done and we would have electricity back before the weekend and the Holiday. They both explained every step of their work , so we knew the whole time what the status is.
For me , there is only one electric company in the future , and that is CWS.
