Had a difficult time finding an hvac tech today. The company I had been using discontinued servicing HVAC systems. I really HATE fishing out new contractors. Seems like everyone else was overbooked or under staffed. Managed to get through to State Aire mid morning. Spoke with the receptionist and dispatcher who were both friendly and helpful. I managed to get an appointment squeezed in but not until late afternoon which was then rescheduled to the evening. Received a proactive call early in the afternoon from a tech named Eric who said he had a cancellation and could come by at that time. He arrived 5 minutes later and promptly identified and took care of the problem - a two pole contractor had worn out and needed replacement. By coming out early, Eric saved me a lot of $$ compared to after hours rates. Thanks! I officially have a new HVAC service company!!

State Aire came to my house for a service call to fix items on an inspection report. They addressed each item individually and even provided documentation/pictures showing each issue was fixed. Eric was very professional and explained everything that was done. I will definitely call them next time.

Our air conditioner went out unexpectedly late one afternoon. Called our air conditioning company we have used for years only to find out they no longer were in the air conditioning business. Looked up companies on Google and found State Aire. Called, told them our problem and was told a technician would be out about 4:00. Eric called around 4:00 to say he was on his way out. He got here, found out the problem, showed us the parts he would need to replace (and he had them), installed them, waited to see if the AC was cooling. It was. Good job, Eric.

I've been super impressed w State Aire and their customer service & competetive rates. Had them come out to do my Spring Service. Nathan was on time and very knowledgeable- explained everything going on w my unit and showed me pictures. Great communication w reminder texts for appts. Emailed me a paid receipt right away. Also got me a quote (same day) for a new air handler that will need to be replaced soon, including different prices for some UV filter features. Nathan at State Aire is top notch- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

WOW!!! What an awesome job done by Mario the service tech from State Aire, i was impressed from the time he came to diagnose the problem because he tried to fix it before replacing it. His attention to detail is great. I will definitely be using State Aire as my new A/C company.

They were able to give me a competitive price and offer great warranty programs. They came and got our full system changed out on a weekend and gave me different equipment options. They even changed out our thermostat and helped me set up my programming. They answered all my questions and have earned our families because for a lifetime!!

Nathan came out on Sunday afternoon and identified the problem and ordered parts to repair. Eric came on Monday afternoon and replaced motor and cleaned unit. These guys are the best that I have worked with!

Not on a Sunday if you can avoid it. Hourly prices over $14o.oo per hour and answers to problems not ready available. Tech was asked to provide a ball-park figure to repair or replace and could not contact anyone to provide information. Some of the four hours was spent on the phone trying to provide correct information, still charged for the full time of four hours. Had to replace refrigerant they had installed years earlier and were using another one now. On a another note has been cooling for a week, time will tell

Eric was prompt and very professional and informed me on everything I needed to know. I would hIghly recommend him to come out and do any kind of AC and heating repair work He knows his stuff.
