Kenneth and the Bosworth Company Kerrville Location has stepped up and did what was right. They plumbed an entire office and apartment for me and have been consistently professional, respectful and timely. Sometimes things donβt go as planned but they put their customers first. I do not make a lot of recommendations unless itβs worthy. These guys will continue to have my business and I happy to recommend them.

Juan came out when he said he was going to.
Diagnosed entire system quickly and determined it was a wiring issue. Ran a new wire from attic to unit outside. Secured new wire with ties and ran it neatly. He did all of this with a smile on his face despite it being a very hot memorial day weekend, Saturday night. Cost was beyond fair for the circumstances. You have my business.

Avoid this company like you would the Plague. We had dealings with them for years until this past Fall when the check we paid them with bounced. It bounced not because of insufficient funds, but because the company that printed them misprinted the routing number. Instead of simply calling us (weβve been as I said a customer for years) Bosworth sent us to a collection agency that began a 4 month period in which my elderly husband became actually SICK with worry from the threats we were getting from the collection agency. This continued AFTER we paid by money order. All of this could have been easily avoided if Bosworth had simply picked up the phone and called us the day the check bounced and had treated us like the long time customer we were.

From initiating a conversation With Niomi who was so courteous and prompt and just a great attentive person while displaying a joyful attitude. Juan called about 30 minutes and said he would be there shortly. When I got home he called again with a follow-up and said he was on his way. He truely was great to work with

The outside temperature was in the single digits and my heater stopped heating. I called for service, on a holiday, and one of the techs walked me through setting the thermostat on emergency heat. It kept my house warm enough that the pipes did not freeze. Two days later when travel was possible, the tech, Justin, called to check on me and came to look at my system. Made a few adjustments and everything was up and running. For about 30 min. Then I lost all power and had no heat again. But his adjustments worked because that evening power was back on and the heater was working. I appreciated very much that Justin called to check and came out. I did not have to call the company. Very good customer service.
