Very pleased with Nathan the owner and Eric the tech. Nathan was great on the phone in helping to solve our system issue, and Eric was top notch on the service visit. Eric is the best field tech I've ever encountered in my 66 years. Excellent all the way around and reasonably priced. This all took place between 7-3 and 7-5-23. Thank you.

State Aire has been a source of reliable and excellent HVAC repair and new installations for us going on 20 yrs.
Mario is amazing, he blew me away with his attention to detail and expertise. Even Mary the beagle loved him. Got us up and running cold in record time during the hottest time of the year.

The office staff and technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The technician Mario is the best ever. He took the time to explain the electronics which made the system more understandable. The owner even got involved over the weekend. Highly recommend this company.

Mario told me my 38 year old system was kaput. Jace and Jerry came on the chosen day and put in a new unit. The service was great. I trust them to be honest and fair and highly recommend them.

Eric came out today (same day as called) and not only had us cooling off before it got any hotter but was very polite and professional. We had a different company come last year that left the unit open and a mess in the attic and had to call them back week later because the unit flooded ceiling. Eric saw couple things that they never mentioned last year one being they disconnected the part that would shut off before leaking over onto the ceiling! Highly recommend Eric and this company! They will have our business from now on for sure!

Always choose StateAire to do my annual maintenance. Never a problem and they're always on time. Very professional! Service Tech Eric is the best!!

Update: Still 4 stars. They finished and left the attic access door with some damage but it wasnt a huge deal
We realized they only hooked up part of the ducting but they came back out quickly and fixed it. ONLY 4 stars for now. They're still working on the project and still have to reduct the whole house but I was surprised when my wife said they hooked the new unit up to the old duct so that the house wouldn't be too hot overnight before the new duct is installed. Really good customer service so far. There was a few miscommunications but for the speed of getting the estimate, them getting one of the higher efficiency units and working to install it before the real hot weather set in its to be expected. They have removed the old base and leveled the condenser on a new one installed the new controller so far. Can't wait to give them the 5th star when it's done.9

Next day service was amazing, and Eric showed up, immediatly knew what the problem was and fixed it. Very friendly, and also explained what the issue was, and how he would be fixing it. I will 100% be using them from now on. Very affordable. I was expecting to pay $200+.. but it was not even $200. Thanks for the great service!

Service was prompt and very professional. I had daughter and husband coming for the week and staying in our spare room. It had not been used in a while and the A/C not working and 88 deg hot. Mario was the service tech who arrived and quickly determined what needed to be done for the fix. It was repaired in short order and working before family showed up. The over 15 years I have been with State Aire continues with their professional servce.
