We have been customers for many years and we have always received outstanding service. Most recently, Mike Spalding came out to repair our AC which wasn't cooling. Mike had it cooling within the hour and, as an added bonus, he was extremely personable.

Electrical service was performed. Technician was polite, honest, and knowledgeable of his trade. Offered advice and very respectful. I will recommend using them.

I’ve been using this company to repair and maintain my HVAC system for the last 7 years and they’re great to work with. They’re very responsive and do good work. The technicians have all been professional and prompt. They do the job well and if something isn’t correct the first time they fix it!

Fixed Wiring Connection Problem on 24 January 2023, as Thermostat in Master Bedroom was not able to change below 84 degrees due to wiring problem after finishing Furnace Tuneups on 24 December 2022. We were annoyed as we came to India on 25 December 2022. My daughter, Aarti Soni contacted them to get it fixed.

Trash, avoid. They'll sell you the full up system for tens of thousands, but whatever they sell you is trash. I had a functional system except for some leaking. Not knowing anything and being mid-summer they caught me over the barrel and sold me the whole thing. After install, barely worked; but the prior system was fine to keep my house cool, so what changed? Now, a whopping two years on, the heating side is breaking. Gee, shocker. Do not use them. Or at least get many many estimates, and then still avoid. No trust. A part that's supposed to be good for 20years is broken after 2 years? I call bs.

company has quality service for a good price. our technician steven was so nice and easygoing. answered all our questions and then some. reassured us and explained things in a way we’d definitely understand. looking forward to a continued relationship with the company.

The technician was on time, professional and courteous. All work was completed in a timely manner, with constant communication on what was being done and why.

Call them about 10am on Sat morning thinking I would get in line for Monday call back. The nice lady said she would put my name on the list and someone should be there before tonight. 3pm they show up. The part was not a common part and they will order it. I have had them out a couple of times always prompt and courteous. Glad I went with this company.

We arrived home after a quick overnight trip to our house with an inside temperature of 96°. We called multiple AC repair companies to see if someone could come out today, but Comfort Experts were the only ones who said they would be here today guaranteed. Blake arrived about 5 hours after my initial call with them and he was extremely professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything he was checking for. He knew exactly what the problem was just by what I told him was going on. He got my AC up and running in a matter of minutes. He then explained multiple options I had for other repairs as well as for upgrading our system since it is 20 years old and in need of an upgrade. I would highly recommend Comfort Experts and will be working with them in the near future for our system upgrade.

As always, friendly and professional. Did a great job keeping me informed and making recommendations to keep our a/c unit at peak performance. Zach was also awesome. We LOVE Comfort Experts.
