Our tech was Ryan; he was very professional, explaining everything he was going to do and kept us informed on his findings and progress expertly. Lisa, in the office, very friendly, funny and professional. She is an expert and knows her business. I appreciate her reminder calls every time maintenace is due. Thank you Comfort Experts. All the kudos to the Comfort Experts! They have restored cooling comfort to our home. The expert service was worth everything. It started with a duct cleaning from Abraham. Very careful and tidy. Many, many, many thanks to Desmond and Alfred for pulling double duty and staying late into the night to make sure we were up and running and completely comfortable with our new system.

They were very responsive to our needs. Our air conditioner went out and the technician tried everything and gave us options. The office staff made sure things were done quickly two days before our scheduled appointment. They came and worked up financing and even brought us a wind unit to help us be comfortable for the night until they could get a new unit in and they did the unit the very next day. Everyone that worked with us was great.

Derek was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He expertly inspected and tested our furnace and a/c units, conducted all necessary routine maintenance, and replaced a failing contact on our a/c. Derek provided an outstanding level of customer service, which we have come to expect from Comfort Experts.

Blake was great. He explained what he was going to do and quickly fixed the issue (drain sensor replacement). I have to appreciate the response time on a 103° day.
