Today we had Michael S come out and service our unit. And I was super satisfied with his work he’s very professional and fast walked me through every step I highly recommend!

Technician came out inspected the ac to determine why it was not cooling. Quoted 1500 to fix the cooper pipe between outside unit and house. Then 2k for 2 pds of r410 freon. Got a second quote repair 250 and 500 for 3.5 pds of freon. Not sure how this place could stay in business treating customers this way.

Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Mr. Gavin should you need some assistance in the HVAC area. Thank you again.

Called upon Ryan, with Comfort Experts, to do a preventative mx inspection of our AC unit. Very pleased. Ryan did an excellent job and was very thorough. He was very professional and friendly and communicative. We received the report and photos immediately after the inspection.

Electrical inspection .... Tyler and his roadie Mark were absolutely amazing very professional and very knowledgeable and they just felt like a part of the family cant wait ti see them back doing the work for my parents .. for the safety and peace that my parents 30 plus yr old home wont burn to the ground
