The company was able to get us on the books even though they were so busy! I have kids and the fact they made time to make sure we had heat was huge! The two men who came out to check everything out were super friendly and respectful!

Our technician was able to quickly diagnose our issue, and helped us with reprogramming our thermostat to keep up with the crazy hot temps!

When I called because we got home from out of town to no heat. Nexgen sent a repairman out the same day. He was able to fix the problem and get us back to normal. Edward was very professional and I can't recommend this business enough. Thank you Nexgen and Edward!

Nex Gen sent out there Technician, John who arrived promptly. He was very pleasant in greeting us and is most professional. He checked our North 1.5 Ton HVAC and the South 4.5 Ton HVAC systems to make sure the pressures were correct and operating correctly for the coming summer temperatures. “He is PHENOMENAL!”
