I always try to support local businesses but unfortunately, I had a negative experience with one of their employees a couple of weeks ago at 5:20am (!) at a local doughnuts shop.
He was complaining about my parking (parking lot was empty!) and kept going even after I apologized.
At this point I just ignored him asking myself how someone could be this miserable that early in the morning?
On my way out of the shop I wished him a great day and then to my surprise I saw his truck parked the same way as mine!
It’s about integrity, and he should display the same professionalism off the job as he does on the job (well, maybe he doesn’t, I am just assuming based on the positive reviews here).
Clearly a double standard by this person and unfortunately, since he represents this company I would not do business with them just for that, no matter how good they are.

Friendly and professional. Response time was exceptional and got us back up working quickly. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

A buddy of mine recommended NexGen after I received a competitor’s quote that was 10K more than expected. They were very professional, courteous, and listened to our needs. I highly recommend them for all heating and cooling needs.

Edward came up and I showed him the unit and he verified what I said was wrong. He took condenser fan motor out and replaced it and capacitor. All work accomplished in about an hour. Shayla was very polite and set me up on the schedule for around 12:30pm. She called back and said they had a reschedule and asked if they could come out earlier, I said yes. Edward showed around 10:00 am. It was very nice to get service done, since I called them this morning @ 8:03 am. Thanks again!

The installation crew, Andrew and Jordon were very efficient and knowledgeable. They did their work with care and quality, cleaned up before they left and made sure I was satisfied and answered all my questions.

Explained thermostat and heat pump operations on a new unit. Programmed user specific functions In programmable thermostat that we wanted. Very informative, friendly, and courteous. Awesome service!!!

Nexgen installed our system in our new build home. Our compressor was making funny noises. I called them out for the second time to take a look at it. They came out the next day, the tech was great, and fixed to (very minor) issue. I felt bad for calling them out for something that ended up being so minor but the tech was very understanding and said he would have been making the call to get it looked at if it was his system too. Thanks for the great service!

New house build and wanted to make sure all was working before the summer heat. NexGen came out, made a few tweaks to the original install, and got us ready for summer.

The gentleman who came to assist with my issue were very informative and helpful. They helped me understand the problem and were very helpful with explaining. Thank you and will call again if needed.
