We built a new home 2 1/2 years ago and the contractor chose Performance Heat and AC. We sold our home due to a move and a day before the closing, the air wouldn’t cool below 77. We were out of town and I called Performance for an emergency service. They said it would be middle of next week, despite explaining our situation to them. They simple said, sorry, we can’t help you.

I immediately called Nex Gen and they were super understanding. Shayla was beyond nice and said they would send over a tech asap. She found two techs in the area and Edward called me within 5 minutes. He said he was on his way and would be there shortly.

Shayla kept me updated to what was going on and Edward called me when he arrived.

Lucky, it was a small issue and he was able to repair it quickly. NexGen didn’t even a charge us for the repair as the unit was still under warranty. They only charged me a service call, which was super cheap.

NexGen saved our day and saved our closing. Without their assurance and quick response, we would’ve had to push out the closing days.

Thank you Shayla and Edward for showing us that companies still care about the customer, even when they’re not current ones. You have gained a new customer and we’ve told everyone about you and your service.

I contacted NexGen on 6/26/2023 at 8am, they had Edward at my house by about 9am, he did a quick diagnosis and troubleshot the problem to less expensive fix than I was expecting. This felt like the prior service we used to get from companies before COVID. NexGen Heating and Air has it going on. Very polite and helpful customer service, and we're already seeing 100+ degree F days now, AC companies get swamped. I'd highly recommend NexGen.

Very conscientious of my home and the work they did inside and outside. They kept me informed about the work that was being performed and explained the service and how to maintain it = Explained the new thermostat and how to program it. CW Schultz w/Elite Lawns & Landscaping, here in Burleson. Their tech Cecil Brown arrived promptly after completing a call while in Burleson was sent to my house afterwards (now that's service). He was very professional and did an amazing job locating the problem and was able to fix my a/c!

Not only one but three people showed up to troubleshoot and fix my problem at once. It is 105° outside and they knew we needed our AC fixed fast. I gave them an A+.

Shane and his company are great; they really helped us out of a rough spot a couple of years ago when another vendor left us high and dry in the middle of a system replacement.

Since then they have come out to repair and maintenance our HVAC system as well as the system at my parent's home. They are always on time, professional, courteous, and they give you the price before they make the repairs or maintenance.

This is a company worth trusting and the only HVAC people I recommend to anyone!
