Cecil tested/diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained what was needed. I asked that the part be shipped overnight due to the my tight time-line.

The part arrived and the office scheduled an appointment the same day. Cecil arrived promptly and quickly installed the new part.

A/c stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. We called NexGen and technician, John responded promptly. Arrived a short time later and discovered the a/c drain was stopped up. John cleared the stoppage and checked out the system. System is working well. John always does a great job when our unit needs service.
