Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Honest Air had tech out the next day after my initial call to look at my AC issue. Followup scheduled repair by Logan was done professionally and within time he initially estimated when he arrived. Friendly, clean, quality work done for the repair.

These folks fit me into their schedule on short notice to do an inspection of my new home, which gave me good bargaining power in my purchase when they discovered issues that would require the entire system to be replaced. When it came time to install that new system, Honest AC gave the best bid of the companies I talked to, and got the work done quickly and well. There was a minor issue with the installation the following day, but they sent someone out after-hours to check it out the same day and make sure everything was running smoothly again. I'm quite satisfied with their service, installation, and support.

Alex just left and we could not be happier with the service we received! Our air conditioning went out about two days ago. Honest provided a three hour service window and they arrived at the early end. The whole repair took maybe 90 minutes. I felt very informed along the way. Alex suggested repairs to be done today, in addition to repairs that could be done in the future. But we did not feel pressured at all. The team wore masks the whole time, even outside, which this mama to be really appreciated in a global pandemic. Will definitely be recommending to friends and using Honest in the future!

Honest Air Conditioning was called to replace and aging 1994 Trane AC system. The installers/technicians, Eric C. and Kade F., were professionals. They scoped through the existing equipment and ductwork and made more efficient changes as they installed a new Trane system. They were conscientious with the work. They put down a cover over the full length of the staircase to protect the floors. They were courteous and respectful; they listened patiently and answered all my many questions. They worked diligently through the very hot heat of July (with temperatures in the attic up to 145 degrees) to bring us a cool house for the evening. They stayed focused to the work until about 9 pm, They finished the following day paying attention to detail. Honest Air Conditioning is a reliable company to call for your air conditioning needs.

My hot water heater died today and I was able to get it installed in the same day! The service was outstanding and the technician was not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly polite and professional. Honest is a great name for this company. Not all hero’s wear capes, some install hot water heaters in a jiffy so we can go back to our normal lives!

After the winter storm in February, we wanted to have an emergency water shut off in the garage. We had used, and been impressed with Honest for our A/C needs, so we called them for this plumbing request. Tom was able to install the shut off with minimal disruption. No digging or damaging walls, it was much easier than I was expecting. We hope that we never need to use it, but are so glad Tom made it so easy!

Tom was on time and very professional. He explained everything in detail and gave us multiple options. He even took the time to repeat everything when my husband arrived when he was ready to leave. They will definitely be our company for any plumbing and ac issues. I would highly recommend.

We needed to replace our entire AC/Heating unit. So glad I found Honest Air. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly, and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Woke up on a Sunday to my thermostat not working. Contacted Honest and had a call back within the half hour. Rick came out and immediately knew what was going. While he didn’t have the part necessary to fix the issue he was able to help get my house cooling until he was able to come out on Monday. Once he came on Monday he was able to fix the issue in under 30 minutes. Several questions came up on Wednesday and were answered timely by Rick. I appreciate the timeliness and professionalism shown by Rick to help diagnose and fix my issue.
