Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Needed to replace a garbage disposal that was leaking. Tom was great. Very friendly and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way, wore a mask while working in my home, showed me comparisons of garbage disposals he had available, and the work was done quickly. I am very satisfied and will definitely use their services again

Tom called and showed up promptly. He was very helpful to determine the problem with very old toilet that runs constantly. Gave me options with no pressure and considered my budget.
Also checked other plumbing items and educated me on some maintenance and important things to watch for.

We decided to replace our 20 year old Trane system and had a great experience with Honest Air Conditioning from start to finish. When James came to do the bid, he took the time to explain the code issues with our existing system and assured me they would be taken care of during installation. The quote we received was very reasonable and was impossible to pass up.
Our installation crew, Joseph and Jeremy, were very professional and polite. They worked efficiently and were respectful of our home in the process. As James promised, they took care of the items he noted. We are very grateful for the smooth process that came with choosing Honest AC!

I am a regular customer and have always been more than satisfied with this company on every level. Tonight, a unit wasn’t cooling so I called and Rick called me back. He tried to help troubleshoot over the phone, which was much appreciated because sometimes it is something so simple! He ended up needing to come take a look. He located the issue outside in the dark and the air was blasting cool air before I knew it. On top of the great service (at night), because of my service plan and warranty on the unit, I paid nothing! Thank you so much Rick and Honest Air.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Courteous and professional, starting from the initial phone call. On time, quality work and very clean. I had all of my air duct system replaced and installed all new ones...Justin and Richard are the exemplary professionals. Justin was thorough and concise about the work to be done. Richard was extremely careful and cautious when working inside our house. They worked very well together and got done way ahead of schedule. Justin and Richard, we thank you for making this experience a very pleasant one. I highly recommend these guys!

Our AC went out and Heath came out to diagnose the issue. Many weird issues (from laziness) were uncovered from the initial installation. Our issue could've been several things, some more costly than others. Luckily, it wasn't major!! Heath was great. He took time explaining what he was doing and why (answered my endless questions), and was very personable. We signed up for their yearly maintenance plan as well. Will definitely use them again.

We started using Honest Air 8 months ago. We have received nothing but great service from them each time we have had them out. Chris and Rick, I think, did a warranty service for us today and they were very professional and very friendly. I actually called today to get an appointment and they were able to get to us a few hours after I called. We have used 2 other places over the years and Honest Air Conditioning is by far the best. I am so happy with Tom and the work he did for us. He is friendly and professional and explained everything throughly and went through different options with me. He was respectful of our home and did a wonderful job on our repairs.

One of our AC units stopped cooling and from other reviews on Nextdoor, we called Honest Air Conditioning. We had a little trouble making an appointment, but everything from there on was perfect! We were added to the end of what I am sure was a long hot day, but the technician assigned to us contacted us as he was in route and arrived a little earlier! He was cheerful, friendly, courteous and explained to us everything he found during the service call. We felt the charges were very reasonable. We were extremely pleased that Jared came to help. I would recommend Honest Air Conditioning to anyone with an AC problem.

Heath came out to check our AC unit due to it not blowing cold. He knew right away what the problem was, and fixed it all this the same hour. He was kind, knowledgeable, and just all around super helpful. I’ll for sure use Honest Air conditioning again. Fast reliable service!!!
