Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing

After 8 years, our Lennox AC system had leaked in evaporator coil. Trying to minimize the cost, I ended up spending around $700 for diagnostics, refrigerant recharge, and leak search (serviced by other company). I was initially quoted by a competitor approx $400 for leak search which turned out to be a 15-minute work (with the sensing device of course).

With things rapidly getting costly, I sought for another opinion and this when Honest AC came into play. They lived by their company name and was very honest all throughout the process. They told me that they have Free 2nd Opinion and immediately sent Alex who performed a quick leak search and confirmed the problem (for 100% FREE no commitment whatsoever). I had other quote from different company but I was so impressed by Alex and Honest AC and how super fast they responded to all my queries so I decided to get their service instead and pulled the trigger on Trane XR16.

The same evening, Alex scheduled me to be serviced the next day (Amazing!). Later that night he called me that they were out of XR16 but the good news is they will upgrade me to XL16i for the same price. Made me smile after weeks of dealing this AC problem.

The following day Jeremy knocked and told me that they are slow that day so Honest AC sent 4 more people (Fernando, Juan, Cesar, and Elian. I hope I got their names right. But thanks again guys!) to work with him on ripping and replacing our AC system. They finished the works in just around 5 hours and got our AC running great. All their works from what I can tell are pretty solid and they sound very proud of it.

Upon completion, Fernando and Juan walked me through the new system at the end and answered my questions.

We hired this company to replace our existing ac unit. The lead Kade was knowledgeable and very informative as well as his crew of jon, Cesar and Bryan they were a big help. I received two other quotes to replace my water heaters before I called Honest A/C and Plumbing. Doug came out and inspected the job, plus inspected plumbing inside the house for no charge... no BS and did not try to upsell. Honest A/C and Plumbing's quote was half the cost of the others! I called to schedule on Wednesday and Doug came on Thursday to complete the job. Very nice to work with, very professional, and knowledgeable. I'll patronize their services again.

Jeremy, Jackson, and Kade were our installers for our Heating, AC and thermostat. They called us with their ETA and arrived right on time. They were professional from the moment they arrived and when they finished our install made sure we understood our new HVAC system and were educated on the functions of our new Thermostat (they also told us to call anytime with any questions we may have in regards to the new thermostat and that if needed they would come back to go over it again) We highly reccomend Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing, we are very, very pleased with their professionalism and their services.

Our air conditioner bit the dust in August during the heat of the summer. Raymond came to the rescue and worked with us to build an order that fit our needs. He was patient in answering all of my questions, and he was transparent with pricing. Despite the national supply shortages, Ray was able to find exactly what we wanted. The installation was quick, painless, and high-quality. It's been six months, and our Trane system has kept us comfortable throughout the hot summer and the cold winter. Thanks Raymond!

Honest AC was my third, and final quote. I called them up in the morning and they had sent Alex out that afternoon.

Alex was very friendly and thorough. He came up with a quote I was happy with and I signed the contract on the spot. He was honest about all of the details in what I needed and what I could expect with the system.

The next day Cade and Jeremy showed up with my new system. They were also very friendly. They took my CoA information to get me an even better deal via rebate. They walked me through what the install entailed and said they'd take care of it. They installed everything faster than expected and I couldn't even tell they'd been here. After they were finished installing my system they walked me through all of the little details they went through to make sure I was set up for success. You can tell these guys are proud of the work they do.

The new system is in place and I could not be happier. I do not know what they could have done to make my experience any better. It's difficult to find a company these days that offer such a great service.

I decided to change out my own thermostat and made a fatal error of flipping the wrong breaker off. I ended up blowing a fuse and had no heat with a winter storm rolling in.

James came out within an hour of me calling. He not only fixed the blown fuse, but took the time to educate me on where I went wrong and how to avoid trouble in the future. He then stuck around to help me program the thermostat in Alexa so I can adjust the temp from my phone. Super thorough and friendly.

This is my second time using Honest and I won't ever call anyone else. They live up to the name.
