Air Majesty A/C & Heating

Leave it to the motherboard on my heater to short out and burn up the weekend before we’re supposed to have sub freezing temperatures. Daniel and Curtis were knowledgeable and professional. They quickly determined the cause of the issue and obtained the correct part to repair it. As a first responder, it’s a burden off my mind knowing that while I’m at work my family will have safe reliable heating during this freeze. Thank you so much.

Antione came out and provided and estimate with a thorough explanation of what was wrong with our AC. I had a few questions and he answered them all with ease.
Sergio, Francisco, and Arturo came out to perform services and were very polite, very quiet, and very professional. Almost forgot I was getting any work done.

DONT USE AIR MAJESTY AC & HEATING !!!!! This company was dispatched by American Home Shield Home Warranty for a repair call. After paying the $75 service call, they come out and made every excuse not to repair my AC/Heating issue. Instead the tech was trying to sell me a new unit for $8000 for a new system. Stay far away from AIR MAJESTY, nothing but a bunch of crooks, as there are many other reviews complaining about the same issue.

I use this company for all of my A/C issues. They've done a full replacement and repairs for me. Great job everytime.

I have used Air Majesty twice. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone or at my home has been friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. They completed the first project for less than half of what I was quoted by another company. Antoine was able to quickly diagnose the issue both times. The second was an issue that 3 other companies had failed to identify correctly. I highly recommend them, and they will be my first call if any further HVAC issues arise.

Subsequent to my initial review, Mr. Antoine was able to resolve my the problem in a timely manner. I appreciate his level of professionalism to resolve an ongoing service dispute.

Attempted to diagnose my ac/heat and then told me I just need to replace the entire unit for $14,000 and that my home warranty will not cover it even though the original repair was covered. 6 months and still no are or heat.

LEFT US HANGING FOR A MONTH!!!! Home warranty assigned this company 5 weeks ago and all we’ve been experiencing are excuses and our house consistently between 85° and 94° inside. Super lazy, inexperienced “technicians” came 3 times in the course of a month and did nothing for us. Thank god I got our warranty company to assign a different contractor, who got us taken care of in a single visit.

Where do I start with how horrible our experience was.
So our ac went out Sunday 1am ,we put a work order in thru our Home Warranty and it said we would get a call in the morning, and of course I knew better Soni called every house for 4 hours from 8am until finally someone answered
Then of course it's the next day before a tech can come out and when he did he notified me of the problem but also said I was leaking freon and it was going to cost $700.
Thank God I have some common sense and declined that part and had them replace what was covered which of course wasn't until Saturday, I couldn't imagine if we hadn't had 2 ac units for our house and was able to live on one side.
Well after he installed I called our friend out who owns an ac company to come check everything out since we supposedly had a leak, and nothing. He stayed he for an hour doing a thorough check and never found a leak.

I'm really upset, for 1. No paperwork , I never signed anything verifying work done and what was found.
2. Had I paid this guy would he or the company just ran off with my money and say they fixed it.

Never again! I'll switch my home warranty before I ever get forced to use this company again.
