4 customers in line at the counter, 2 trucks waiting to get loaded, and only 2 Carrier counter persons in the store. Crazy for a big company like Carrier. Almost left until Mike met me at the door and gave me a bottle of water to help cool off for the heat. Anyway. Customer service was excellent considering the lack of employees.

Best to place orders online because it is difficult to get ahold of branch. I find going to the branch location easiest and dealing with someone directly. The associates always take great care of me.

Sat on hold for more then an hour telling me every 30 seconds my call was first in line. And press 1 to keep your place in line and get a call back from one of our agents. I pressed 1 three times and nothing happened. The WORST manufacturing company in the world. Their unit quality is down the drain and now so is their people and phone quality.

Man walk in to this location and it’s was damn hot!!! No Ac on this building. The Good thing there was Lennox Next Door! Poor counter Guys they were sweating!!
