They told us what was happening and what they saw all along the way. Where there was mold and where there was nothing but dust and what they did. I felt perfectly comfortable with their professionalism, and how well they did, how they vacuumed afterwards. Now we'll see if I can reduce my kleenex consumption. Really enjoyed watching all the equipment and flexible tubes! Quite a nifty show. Highly recommend.

Mike & Kenny did a great job. Very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous. Answered my questions. I'm enjoying clean air and don't miss that black goop falling from the vents. I strongly recommend them.

I have worked with Power Vac in the past and our most recent job together was no different the arrived early and walked the job with me and pointed out several areas that needed to be added to the scope of work to achieve the best results. Even with the added work the still finished early and the cost considering they drove from Houston to Corpus Christi was still lower than most of the local vendors. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

A sign of great customer service is when they will give you honest information. Kenny and Mike came for a Duct Cleaning. They found my issue was actually with the vents themselves and not my ducts. They even told me how to fix it. They charged me nothing for their advice and time. I wish there were more reputable and honest contractors like this.

Don't waste your time researching other companies that are way overpriced or super cheap. These guys are the real deal and do a great job explaining their work. Mike and Kenny were honest and upfront with me and I highly recommend them. They are a great example of the good side of the service industry.
