Matt and Josh were both friendly, answered every question thoroughly, arrived on time, did a great job in cleaning our ducts, and showed pictures of before and after. We are extremely satisfied.

Great experience! Easy booking and good communication about when they would arrive. Mike and Kenny arrived on time in clean and appropriate attire, asked good questions and explained carefully. They were efficient, careful in my home, very professional and friendly too. Don't you love it when a service provider runs a business/provides a service the way you'd really like them to do it? This is an expensive undertaking, so I sincerely appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail and careful work. I'll ask for Mike and Kenny the next time I need my ducts cleaned for sure and I highly recommend Power Vac America.

Mike and Matt came to our house following a small fire incident and cleaned both furnaces in the attic and all of the ducts. These guys were very professional in every aspect of the job. Also very courteous and well spoken. We would definitely recommend Power Vac America to our neighbors and friends.

Recently purchased an older home near the beach and I doubt the ducts had ever been cleaned. Power Vac arrived on time and did a great job explaining the process. The prior owners had caulked around the ceiling registers after spray-texturing the ceiling (??). Matt was able to remove, clean and replace them without any damage along with the return grille. He showed me before and after pictures of the ducts and the clean up was so thorough you couldn't tell they had been there. Great service that lasts for 5 years+ and highly recommended.

The three service techs who came to my house wore masks during the entire time which I really appreciated. They were polite and careful with my furnishings while they did their job which was done in a very professional manner. They explained what they were doing and why and answered all of my questions and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

The two men Matt and Mike were personable and seemed to do a thorough job. With duct cleaning it is hard to know the quality. The job was done without making a mess in our home . I would use Power Vac America again even though they are not the less priced of the duct cleaning services.

Both men were on time and very professional and knowledgeable. They offered to wear a mask and I told them it was ok not to.. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. Finished and cleaned up and i was very satisfied. He is going to email the pictures he took before and after with a copy of the invoice. They deserve a bonus. We were referred to the company by our HVAC contractor.
