Matt and Josh told me in detail what they would be doing to clean our ducts. I was concerned that it might mess the house up and they assured me that their goal is to leave so that I never knew they were there. They did exactly that. They were amazing.
I have told several people how pleased we were with their service and results.

We had Matt and Josh from Power Vac America clean AC units and Intakes and they were very professional. The team took the time to explain the process, provide status updates during visit and shared before and after pictures of the service. The work delivered was high quality and thorough. From the moment I called Powervac to set up services I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the owner, Doug. On the day of service, Matt and Josh got to our house right on time and were extremely accommodating to our needs as a family with a small baby. They were efficient and explained everything as they went along. They also made sure they cleaned up after themselves as they worked. When they left they explained everything they did and when we should expect to use powervac's services again. We ended up paying exactly what we were initially quoted and they didn't try to upsell us or scare us into doing more than was necessary. We highly recommend them!

Matt & Josh arrived on time as scheduled. When they arrived they introduced themselves & explained
to my husband & myself exactly how the work would be done & approximately how long it would
take as well as showing me the inside of the vents & the equipment they would be using. They
finished up in the timeline they had given me, packed up their tools and left my house looking like
it did when they arrived. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and anyone else needing those kind of services. The really impressive thing was that after dealing with other companies
that were not professional this was such a pleasant change.

Mike Elles and his crew were a pleasure to have in our home. Very professional and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We would call on them again if we needed duct cleaning. We were very happy with their work.

Mike and his crew did a terrific job!! They were very knowledgeable, super polite & courteous, and were quick to clean up what little mess was made during the service. Mike explained every detail of the cleaning process & provided helpful hints for routine system maintenance. Price was extremely fair and we noticed a difference in air quality immediately.
