Prior to the vent cleaning we had a severe dust issue in our house. The crew was very professional and explained the process, answered my questions. After the cleaning the improvement is unbelievable. The constant dust has subsided and the air in the house feels so much better. I highly recommend the service and this company. Their pricing was upfront and very fair for all that was included. I would certainly call them again if needed.

Mike Elles and Josh (?) came to my house on March 24 to clean my air ducts and vents. They arrived on time and were very personable and went right to work. My house had just completed repairs from the Big Texas Freeze and pipes burst with water in the house. There was dust and I was concerned about mold forming. They explained their process along the way. Only pre mold was found on one vent. All the vent covers were replaced. I was very pleased with the work and was very pleased and comfortable with bot gentlemen in my house.

Mike and his associate arrived on time ready to start the cleaning. He explained what they were going to do at each duct and the A/C system. They replaced all the standard vent covers, cleaned the ducts throughout the house and also, the dryer vent ductwork. A thorough job.
They were also worked very quickly throughout. He also checked for any evidences of mold and mildew. None.
Both fellows were very courteous and professional and careful about masking and distancing when in the house. I definitely recommend.

I find it rare to run across a team of professionals who truly take pride in what they are offering to the public. They sell a specific service, and they do that service with excellence. Mike and Matt came out to analyze what we needed, they came out to do the work, and we had an issue that forced them to pack back up and do it another day. They were beyond accommodating and helped us think through what we needed to do with another vendor for something else for us to get the most out what Power Vac was providing.

When they came back out the second (really third) time, it was obvious to them that the vendor with whom I was working that forced us to reschedule hadn't done the job appropriately. Instead of just pushing through and doing their job anyway, they pulled me aside and showed me that it was (clearly) done wrong. I first told them that I would have to reschedule again. Once again, they were very understanding and professional. It really came across as no big deal to them. They accommodated with class.

But then once they had left, we decided that we wanted to do it anyway and fix things with the other vendor later. I called them and asked them to turn around and come back. With a smile, they immediately turned around and returned to the house. They then suggested something they could do to help mitigate the problem. It made a ton of sense, so that's what we did. They worked their tails off for most of the day and did excellent work. After they were done, they sat and talked to us about what they found. They then emailed us before and after pictures of all their work.

I can't recommend these guys forcefully enough! If you need to get your HVAC cleaned, this is the company you want doing it, particularly if they send people even half as capable as Mike and Matt.

PowerVac America did a wonderful job cleaning our ductwork. Mike and Matt were informative and confident in the work they did and were careful and diligent in ensuring they cleaned up as they cleaned each duct. They were awesome and did all the cleanup, and people and pets did not require removal from the premises while the work was done and the antimicrobial/antibacterial was applied and dried. Mike Elles and his partner were great!! They were punctual, ethical, and knowledgeable, always kept me informed of the work being done. It's important to do some research prior to hiring an air-duct cleaning company, make sure they are NADCA certified. Unfortunately there are a lot of scammers out there!

Technicians were on time, very courteous and careful. They cleaned ductwork, replaced vents, and even helped me get rid of a spider web or two while they were on their tall ladder.
