My Gas company verified that there was a gas leak in my mother-in-law kitchen. Because there was no accessible shut-off valve they had to shut off gas in the entire house(for safety). Nick was very responsive, they came same day and wrote up a quote. The next day they made the repair. They fielded all my questions and they patiently explained all they were going to do. At end of repair they once again afforded me the opportunity to ask any remaining questions. Will definitely use them again snd recommend them to friends and family.

Drew the owner cared... Told us exactly what we needed he came after hours once we decided to go with him measured and we was in the cool by 2pm the next day... They did not over price me.... I called nick’s because my kitchen sinks would not drain. I believed the problem was the external pipe from the kitchen that needed to be cleaned out. The pipe is old and periodically ends to be cleaned.

I called Nick’s and they said they would send someone within a couple of hours.

Then along came Jerrod who had cleaned the pipe a year ago. He immediately began to check the external pipe only to find it was not blocked.

It turned out it was a leak in the kitchen wall which needless to say was much more complicated. While diagnosing the problem which took a while, he explained everything he was doing, showed me pictures as he fixed the problem. I give him two thumbs up (more if possible). He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely basis and the price was fair. I will use them for any future plumbing needs.

I had to replace a main drain line for my utility room (to the sewer main) and a gas main from the meter to my home. Project involved some interconnecting trenching in the backyard, quite a bit. The Nick's team (Eric ran the project) did a great job. Started Monday, city inspection and backfill done by Thursday. Great communication, neat, orderly and clean. They handled changes and adversity well as the project moved. Great group.

I am thrilled with Nick's Plumbing. What my husband and I thought would be a 2-3 day job to replace our sewer line, was completed in a day. Leo and his team were professional and I would definitely recommend them. Great job!

These guys are awesome. They have great scheduling services and they give you texts before and after the work. They sent two very expert guys with all the right equipment and rigging and they solved the problem immediately. They were kind enough to let me tag along, so I can learn all about the house systems and answered all my questions.

Nick's was responsive and professional, and all of their staff were courteous and helpful. We were able to order a new tankless water heater and get it installed on the same day. Not sure whether or not it is the most affordable option out there, but the service, speed, and responsiveness were all top-notch.

I called for an AC tech due to a leak. Tech showed on time, was professional and courteous. He diagnosed it as condensation on the plenum. Told me that the only solution was to replace the plenum and all the ductwork.......for $8k. After researching I now know there are other solutions that are more cost effective. So I am not entirely pleased. Now I have to call other AC companies for assessment and bids. There is usually more than one solution.
