HousePro came to my home and diagnosed my air conditioning system for free. The technician was courteous and arrived on time. They gave me a full quote before they began the work and I believe the price was fair. The work was performed the same day and I've had no problems since.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday 6/12/2015. It was the only day available and living in Houston w/o ac is brutal! I had to move my appointments around and make sure someone was at my house to meet them. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! Not only did they take my number and email TWICE to verify, they said they would call 30 min prior and NEVER DID! Or email me/call to re schedule.. will not use their services or refer them. NO EXCUSES FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I called them to setup an appointment to service my 2 A/C units. The technician called me 20 minutes prior to the appointment and said he was on the way. I asked him how much the freon was going to be as the person booking the appointment could not tell me (REDFLAG). He said he did not know and did not carry freon on the truck. I told him the appointment was specifically for maintenance and recharge. He called me back and ..... The COMPANY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $150.00 for 1 pound of 410A freon!!!!! A whole 25 pound canister of 410A can be purchased for $130.00. STAY AWAY, the price should be $30-$35.00 per pound of 410A freon.

Bought a brand new air conditioning unit 2 years ago already blowing hot air. Called for their advertised 24 hours service and they told me they cant come out till Saturday!!!!!
