I don't normally post a lot of reviews but I just had to for Guaranteed AC. Corey and his team are great at what they do. Communication is flawless. They are very honest which is an important value to me. It's difficult to trust some people but I never have this problem with Guaranteed AC. They communicate effectively to show why something needs repair and even gives advice on how to maintain systems to keep it lasting longer. I've been with Corey for a few years now and am happy to have found Corey.

Service was great! I was referred to this company, representative came out and was very informative. My unit was very old (1984) company was in the next day with a new unit and no mess. Out of four company I received quotes from he cared about the consumer not about making an extreme profit.
Definitely is my A/C company!

Had Guarantee AC replace our up stair AC unit February 2021. They were timely, professional & very reasonable. August 2022 my down stair unit shut down. Guarantee looked the unit over, replaced the capacitor & the unit is working like a charm. This same day fix was thousands of dollars less then the other company quote. I am passing the good word about Guarantee AC to all my friends & family

Replaced HVAC System with a Tran 16 Seer 3 Ton unit. Service consist of Removal of Existing Equipment. Installation of New Condensor, Evaporator, Furnace, Breaker along with a 1 year service contract and other related services to complete the project. I spoke to Corey for the first time on Wednesday 5/25/2022 and received an estimate and today 5/28/2022 my new unit has been installed and working to perfection. (Had to up the thermostate while writing this review due to temperature drop of 5 degrees in the past 15 minutes). Workers were very efficient and professional and performed this job in approximately 3 hours. At least 3 workers were working at all times. Corey was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, with definitely competitive prices. Highly Recommend Guaranteed HVAC Services if you are in need of HVAC Services. You will not be disappointed. Will use this sevice to replace my second unit in the near future.

I was dispatched to this a/c provider over two weeks ago by my home warranty. Guaranteed A/C never got in touch with me within two business days as promised by the warranty company, even after I left multiple messages with a generic email that did not reference the company. After getting in contact with my warranty and begging for a change in provider after two weeks of this, they assured me that this company would get in contact with me within the next couple of hours or first thing the following morning and more importantly I would receive service as well. No surprises, they did not got in contact with me. I called again and left more messages. Finally by some miracle after over two weeks of trying to get in touch with this company, I called and someone answered. By this point I will admit I was extremely upset and made it known. They were almost non responsive, unapologetic and told me to get in contact with the warranty company if I was upset. They offered to come out the next day which had it not been so long I would have possibly appreciated. But at this point, I had water leaking through my house, through carpet, drywall and even through light fixtures and I made it clear to the guy I was speaking with, again no response other than to call the warranty company. While I understand this is also a huge warranty company issue, I am extremely bothered that whoever answered takes no pride or care in returning phone calls or trying to correct a situation. Please keep in mind, I had a small leak that turned into a much larger situation over those two weeks thanks to the inadequacy and a gross lack of customer service of this company and our warranty company. I now will have to replace drywall, lighting, and flooring. I have never received such incompetent rude service to feel compelled to leave a review, but the negligence in this situation is going to cost us so much money and headaches when it could have been a simple fix two weeks ago.Thanks to another fantastic a/c company, my a/c is fixed, and now the repairs that never should have to have happened will begin.

He was happy to spend the time being sure that I understood everything that was happening with my system.
