They had the duct work (spiral) in stock and did over the counter sales. Items were picked and loaded in less than 15 minutes. The only disadvantage was the pricing was a bit high but given that so few companies seem to sell direct to "the public", I guess this is the price you pay.

Terrible customer service, Angel doesn't respond to customer requests or repeated phone calls.
