Best experience ever…Joe and his helper were timely. They analyzed my AC issue and fixed the problem for a more-than-fair price. At my request, Joe provided me with options for future effieciency. Very, very impressed with his skill and courtesy. (And guess what? I almost never write reviews.

Used Dave Lane's for the first time today, and couldn't be happier. Communication was great, they showed up on time, and explained everything that was being done. Our technician, Jesse, was very friendly and professional. The experience was so much better than we've had with other companies that we signed an annual maintenance contract.

My husband and I could have have been happier with Joe and Chris. On top of being professional, they were extremely educational. We replaced all of our ducts and everything they did they explained it in detail to my husband to make sure we understood our system. Will definitely call them for any AC/heating needs. We recently remodeled a kitchen and bathroom and all of those sub contractors were rough and aggressive and caused damage in our house and never cleaned after themselves. Joe and Chris were very considerate of our house and did a great job cleaning up any mess they made. That meant a lot to us.

Had a damaged capacitor. Jesse came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 min.! We very much appreciate his knowledge and skills and getting us cool again so fast. Reasonable rates and very personable service technicians! I highly recommend!

They have served me several times recently, for different problems. Each time they were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Not cheap, but reasonable, all things considered. Even the person who answered the phone tried to help me with things I could try myself before scheduling a technician.

Had an issue with the company at first, but they took their time and listened to our concerns and helped the best they could. Customer service cares about their customer and they showed it. Really appreciate their positive and helpful attitude over the phone, helped calm me down and helped fix the issue at hand.
