Very attentive to my questions, Answered with layman's language. Will recommend to anyone. Very impress with their detail. Only thing I do not understand, is why I was not given anything on the equipment installed, which to all my previous purchases was provided.

A thorough explanation of products and warranties was given before we made a product choice. Once our choice was made a date for installation was set-up. Three gentlemen showed up on time and immediately began to pull their tools and product to begin the install. Everyone worked together in unison. The work was conducted in an efficient manner without any delays. Everyone was polite and professional. The gentleman organizing the duties answered any questions I presented; everyone worked to keep the work area clean. I am delighted with the operation of this new cooling and heating unit. Excellent Service! Came out on a Friday evening after hours. Sadly, our compressor was DEAD! Joe returned on Saturday morning w/ 2 portable A/C units to hold us thru the weekend. What a life saver! He presented us with 3 quotes for replacement and explained the differences thoroughly. Appreciated the information and no pressure!
After we made a decision he returned on Tuesday morning. Received an email / an ETA & Joe and his helper/crew arrived on time!
These guys worked most of the day and were very professional (even swept up dust, dirt and installation that fell out of the attic).

Not only was Bruce on time and very professional, he was also very respectful. The work was done very efficiently and much quicker than I expected. He called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and when he finished the job, he took the time to answer my questions. I especially liked the fact that the company sent a picture of him and the vehicle along with other pertinent information prior to his arrival so that we would be informed.
