We have used this company for years. They are always professional and courteous, from the folks on the phone to the service providers in the field. On time and get the job done at a fair price.

I've used Dave Lane Services for my home for 20 yrs. My dad before me for 50 yrs. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Showed up on time and was courteous. Told us what it would cost and fixed the problem

* Dave Lanes has a comfort club agreement that I use every year. For a set price, I receive a A/C check up in the spring and my heater is maintained in the fall.
I would not use anyone else.
They have taken care of my system for many years now. Having them maintain the system I do not have any major breakdowns.
The system was installed in 1998 & runs as cold and comfortable as it did on day one..

called for quote to clean interior evap coil. Told it's $100 PLUS whatever they are going to charge to clean the coil. They want $100 for no work at all and then to charge additionally on top of that. For reference another AC repair company said it was $80 to clean the coil. No hidden costs no extra fees. This company is criminal they want over $100 before they even START to work on your equipment

Chris was wonderful!! Worked really hard in the hot sun!! Ran into some problems which he quickly solved. My house is cool again!! He was great!

I used Dave Lane's Hi-Tech Mechanical to replace my home A/C and Furnace. They sent an experienced professional crew to do the tear out and install the new system. They showed up when they said they would and did a quality installation completing the job with no delays.
Tyler Nunley has been our service rep and is always on time and does a thorough inspection. He has kept our system running flawlessly. He is helpful with resolving all of our issues. I would use Dave Lane again and recommend them as a quality professional A/C and heating company.

Dave Lane is top notch A/C service. We had several A/C providers come out to give us quotes for a zoning system for my 2-story house. Dave Lane’s technician was the best at explaining what needed to change and answering questions. They took time to explain all that went into a zoning system. Next was the actual service! It was even better. Jesse and his team were very professional and got it all done in a day. While up there he noticed some issues and suggested some fixes. I highly recommend Dave Lane and Jesse.

A/C not cooling so repairman was called just before 4pm and he arrived by 4:30pm.
He found gloat switch clogged so replaced float switch anc cleared drain line. He did a check of blower evaporator coil etc.to be sure system working properly.
He emailed invoice after payment made but invoice does not have cost itemized on it which I did not question since I thought it would be there when my I printed the invoice. I will now have to call for the cost of work done since all I know for sure is the weekend cost of 135.00 out of the 409.00 invoice.
