LONG story short. They put an undersized unit on the house i just purchased, the install was sloppy and duct work sizing was all over the place. I had to replace the unit at only 6 years old.

Do not let this company install hvac in your home.I bought a lennar home and the installation is sloppy the air duck has elbows that's restricting air.Here is the best part my evap coil has s leak but I cannot open the door to test for the leak because they used a metal strap across the door to my ceiling to hold the unit up and plenom board at the back of the unit if I remove the strap to open the door the whole evap coil section will fall to the attic floor and break all kinds of pipes and the plenom board they used onto on the duck !!!!! SlOOPY installers!!!!

ZERO STARS. They hung up on me, lied to me and told me that the technician was on the way and never came. I questioned the company about a warranty and was put on hold and they never came back to the phone. I called back and the called dropped twice. Do not use this company.

Good,qaulity work performed on my home.My home builder signed off on my home,and Big Tex came out anyways free of charge to correct the problem,great experience, would recommend to anyone,thanks y'all!

Should honestly not be in business, their ratings are low for a reason. They have terrible attitudes every time I call up there and do not tell us everything going wrong with our units.

They left the filter cover on the floor. I only noticed when I went in the attic 2 weeks later. This is just lazy.

Please Please 🙏 whatever you do, don't go with this company, horrible and technicians are incompetent, they lie and won't do anything until you run out of warranty, go fall for this they are cheaters
