My Kelly's AC

Raz was extremely thorough in explaining everything that I needed done and how often I need cleanings, to change my filter, etc. I upgraded to the UV light in my AC system and I could not have asked for a better experience. He made sure to clean my vents along with the debris that fell to the floor when cleaning. Tommy did the attic work and installing the UV light, bless his heart in this heat (heat index 109°.) They were both very pleasant and courteous. Will definitely recommend and use next time!

The technician presented in a very professional way. They answered all my questions and provided photos of every AC unit including the air ducts that they took care of. They showed honesty by charging the right value for the work and by not adding other unnecessary repairs. I definitely will continue using their business. Thank you.

So I've been working with Kelly's HVAC since I 1st got a home in Houston. I had bought an older townhome and there have been some necessary upgrades that've been needed to be addressed and updated.
I 1st met Michael last year and he helped me out with some cooling issues on an already older system that was preinstalled from 15+ years ago.
With the new Insulation and some new ductwork he recommended, there were some major improvement in the overall comfort as I like my home to be COOL and comfortable.
I was very happy with Michael's professionalism.
This year my entire HVAC system was basically on it's way out & on it's last breath. Damien from Kelly's came and quoted me on a solid upgrade on highly rated equipment which I researched after I got his proposal. I was getting estimates from other companies but decided to still go with Kelly's due to Michael's professionalism the year before & now Damien's.
Jose & Jesus came to do the install and it was a very good, clean & professional job.
Very happy with my new "Goodman" AC system.
There have been some secondary issues that've arose AFTER the install has been done like some rattling of one of my vents since the system is more powerful, but I attribute it more to the fact that it's an older home and there are bound to be certain things that will pop up which I do understand, however Kelly's has sent over their people like Jose, Raz and Roy to address these things as they've popped up, to make sure I'm up and running as I should be, especially with a BRAND NEW system like this.
Awesome company, wonderful people and solid service from true professionals. Please keep up the great work and I'll be recommending Kelly's to all my friends and family in the Houston area. =)

I called for a spring Tune up and Kelly's got me an appointment right away. Raz and MO were very professional and thorough. They found a clogged drain line and cleaned it out before it could become a problem. Kelly's service is always reliable and dependable if you are looking for honest knowledgeable AC work.

I called two other services and they charged over 2,000.00 for the service when it doesn’t cost that much. I reached out to the company and they were very professional, clean, detailed and really good! They were very friendly also and explaining everything to you. The price was in our budget! The deal is very good! I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Raz (our tech) arrived right at the scheduled time, was very polite and professional and completed cleaning out our clothes dryer duct (which exits our house vertically through the roof) very quickly. He also alerted us to a problem we had with the clothes dryer connection to the dryer duct that we were unaware of. Very helpful indeed! Highly recommended.

Mo and Damian were very professional and they explained the whole process before the job even got started. They were very meticulous and made sure that everything was cleaned properly. After the vents were cleaned, they also made sure to swept up any of the debris that were left behind. Outstanding job from these two guys.
