ZERO STARS, my new 2019 Coventry home had many AC problems; Most of the duct work was touching, A 12 inch duct & 6 inch duct smashed into a 7 inch space which they said was OK; many 90 degree turns restricting air flow, bathroom vent was venting to attic and not the outside, kitchen vent exhaust is not working, expect long wait times for service!! If you see the BIG-TEX name GET a home inspection immediately before buying!!!

Was suppose to put in new thermostat. stopped by one day and said we weren't there. Well of course we weren't. No one called to schedule an appointment. 2 wks later...an appointment was scheduled for a 4hr time slot 1-5pm. I still have not seen them and I have not gotten any call. Very poor professionalism you ask me.

Super nice genuine people here. From my experience.. the ladys are all very nice. My favorite employee that helped me out more than anyone else was Shelby b. All around best person/ company ive got to use.

Great Experience. The Big Tex Hvac tech, JD, showed up on-time, with protective equipment on, and with a smile. He thoroughly checked my hvac system, starting in the attic, addressed a attic heat leak issue at my Tstat, and dbl checked my return air chases for air leaks. On the outside he checked my compressor, Freon levels, power flow, and talked me through some maintenance tips. At all times he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Both Valerie and Samantha helped schedule and were great to work with as well. JD and Big Tex Hvac are welcome in my home. Thanks for your hard work.

By far the absolute worst AC company ever!! DO NOT EVER use them!!! I could write a novel about the amount of problems I've had with a 3 year old system they installed

ONCE CAME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, HALF OF THEM LIED THAT THEY FIXED IT !!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ! DON'T LET ANY OF THEM COME TO YOUR HOME
