Great service from the receptionist to the technician. Called be cool with an AC issue and they responded and resolved my issue in less than an hr. I feel lucky to come across these guys.

Beau and company arrived promptly, diagnosed our HVAC issue, quoted us a fair price and fixed our problem the same day. He even did a couple of extra services for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased and will only be calling Be Cool for any future needs.

I sent a request for an appointment through Rheem's dealer locator. Beau called me within 30 minutes and he was able to come to my house within an hour! This was not a critical situation, I simply wanted a preventative maintenance check on my system after getting a report from John Moore that smelled like complete BS and an attempt to rip me off. I was right about John Moore, nothing wrong with our system at all! The cost of the inspection, a very thorough one in which Beau explained everything he was doing and how the AC was designed and worked, only cost me $49. Highly recommend BE COOL AC!

Be Cool was responsive from the get go and very fair on prices. Beau and his team showed up, got to work and improvised having to navigate some tight spaces. The best news is my electrical bill dropped from $300 to $120. Definitely had a leak!

I was dreading to hear my old unit would need to be replaced. Thankfully, technician found a bad contact switch was the problem. He had parts needed in the truck, explained how system operates, and recommended other preventative maintenance measures for improved operation.
