If you are wondering whether or not to call and use their company, I am strongly urging you to chose them. You absolutely won’t regret it. Beau and Sara/h have AMAZING customer service. They helped me out right from the start, before they even knew if I was going to be a customer or not. They went above and beyond to help us verify warranty and they really seemed to care about the outcome, and not just for monetary gain. Beau’s work is outstanding, and I feel like he has our best interest in mind when offering his opinions, experience and suggestions. He’s kept communication open, and kept in contact with us in the days leading up to the service, and after to help us out. He has a positive and relaxed attitude, but still extremely professional when needed. I felt like I was working with a close friend, rather than a disconnected and shut off company. They are local and family owned. I cannot recommend them enough.

They always come to our rescue! They were referred to me by my sister when my AC wasn't blowing as cool as it should. They came out the same day as my call. The problem was just freon! They added Freon and were on their way....no sales pitch, no added on problems! Recently my AC unit stopped around Midnight. I left a message via their website around 8am, they were at my house before 9:30 am! He fixed the AC before knocking on the door!!! No hassle, HONEST, DEPENDABLE, friendly and professional service!!!

Be Cool AC & Heating installed a complete new unit in my home yesterday and I am so impressed and pleased with the work done by Beau and his team. After performing the initial inspection of my old unit, Beau thoroughly explained the issues he found so I could understand. I made the decision to completely replace with a new unit. During this process, I received confirmation notifications for each step. Beau and his team arrived on time for the installation and were professional and courteous during the entire process. I plan to continue using Be Cool AC & Heating and am happy to highly recommend them.

Be Cool AC & Heating installed a new thermostat, a new main unit, proper plenum, corrected existing/incorrect duct work, installed new vent and new duct work and removed all of the old equipment in the attic. Beau was fantastic on setting and meeting all of our expectations. We're happy we chose Beau and Be Cool AC & Heating.

Noticed icing on the AC line late Sunday night which forced us to turn off the unit for the night (thankfully it's February and it's not really needed). Attempted to turn everything on in the morning to get the heater going to no avail. I was left with the impression that it might just be the capacitor, but that wouldn't explain the icing so I decided it would be money well spent to have someone come out and check the system, and I'm sure glad I did, and am even more glad I called Be Cool!

Made the call around 8:30AM and Beau was at my house at 10 to look at everything. Turns out the board in the heater had blown, which came as no surprise when I found out the heater was the original with the house from 94 (what was surprising was it was the original since the AC was changed in 16). Before leaving to follow-up at the office on the options available to me, Beau was able to get the system working in a temporary manner to ensure i could have heat/cooling until the fix was in place, which was very important considering the little ones I have.

At this point it was for me to review the options of whether to put a bandaid in the existing system knowing I'd have to address it down the road in the near future, or put in a new system to have peace of mind (as well obtain the actual SEER rating the AC is supposed to be running at). I had the formal options and pricing before lunch and made my decision shortly thereafter to get a new heater installed. It worked out that the work could take place that same day and a crew was here at 2PM to start the work and were driving off at 3:30 having fully installed and ran through the function tests with me to ensure everything was working.

So in summary, couldn't have been happier having gone with Be Cool and will absolutely go to them for any future HVAC service, maintenance, or installation needs. They are:

-the pricing was more than fair and affordable in my opinion (as someone with a family to support and having been forced to drop a bit of cash a few weeks on some plumbing repairs, this was a big factor to me)

He had my AC fixed and serviced in less than 30 minutes. Knew right away what the problem was, replaced the part and then checked the system over. Finished up by pouring bleach down the drain tube. Excellent service.

Great Service and communication especially the part that I needed for my heating system was on back order kept me in form for two days about the art that was on back order. As soon as a supplier received a part they were on the way to pick it up installed it you could expect for anything more I highly recommend them. Burnie
