Be Cool has always made my life much easier and my expenses much less due to their expert advise and experience. Thank you guys for making my AC/Heating needs less stressful.

Man, what can I say about these guys other than AMAZING!!! My A/C went out on Thursday. I called them toward the end of the day and they agreed to come out the next day. My appointment window was 1:00 to 3:00, and Beau showed up right at 1:00 (how often does that ever happen?). Thankfully he had the part I needed in his van, so he was able to fix my issue then and there and I was up and running within 30 minutes. I would 10/10 recommend this company to my friends!

Beau came yesterday to check my A/C. I was afraid we had mold , we did. Made an appointment for today. He and his crew were on time and completed everything in a couple of hours. He installed a UV Light to eliminate the mold and prevent it from being a problem. He also installed a whole home filter in the attic. I highly recommend Be Cool A/C and Heating.

We noticed our downstairs air wasn't cooling as well as usual. We called Be Cool and explained the situation. Bo and a repairman came & checked out our unit. The coils had a leak, a big leak. That afternoon they replaced the coils and checked the freon. We appreciate how quickly they responded to our call during these hot Texas days!

Beau, Sara, and Suzanne are phenomenal! I cannot properly articulate how amazing this company has been for our family. They truly treat you as family and not just another random person needing HVAC assistance.

Beau has been extremely thorough and honest in his assessment of our AC issues (we’ve had two) and you feel like he is not trying to upsale or swindle you into anything you do not need to get up and running. Our system is ancient (in HVAC years) and he has never once just said - it’s at its end of life just get a new system. He has identified the issue and fixed the actual problem, not just a bandaid to get another service call.

All three times Beau has been to our home his has made it a priority to engage with our little ones when they talk to him or want to play kitchen for a few minutes. Beau truly feels like a member of our family.

Be cool is awesome, Beau is the best and is very honest and fair about prices. He wont try to sell you things if it’s unnecessary. Highly recommend!

Beau was very nice and personable. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very respectful of my home and did a great job. I will continue to use them as my AC repair company.

We had Be Cool come out and do an annual check on our a/c units a few months ago. Yesterday, one of the units was not working, called this morning and they came out right away. Found the source of our problem and was promptly fixed. Office and on site technicians are professional and very responsive. A big thing for me is COMMUNICATION and they are top notch . I would highly recommend Be Cool !

A few months ago….I had a screwed up job by another company. Beau and Anthony came out to put it right, which they did easily and they ran a 5th wire on my Nest thermostat. Very professional, and quick and funny. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

9/3/21. I had a Generac Generator installed yesterday by the Generator Supercenter in Tomball. The generator guys kicked some wires in the attic and they were wires to my upstairs AC. I didn't know until late last night... went to shower. It was hot up there... After troubleshooting for an hour, I got on the phone with tech support for an hour... couldn't get it to work. Called my AC Beau (Be Cool AC and heating) and now I have AC. He’s just plain excellent!! God bless that man! I guess I'll be napping this afternoon

12/9/22 Be Cool came out to run a wire on another Nest thermostat for me. Rider was professional and thorough. Very polite. It’s a pleasure working with Be Cool!!

Be Cool is a Great Company! Very responsive & timely! Beau is a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable about what needs to get done & gives recommendations but doesn’t come across pushy or salesy. Have used them several times and will continue if anything comes up! I highly recommend Be Cool!
